In today's modern world it is easy to become tired, stressed and lacking the energy you need, to do the things you want to.

Your energy or "Chi" is a very important part of your life. When you feel lethargic,stressed or tired your Chi levels are more than likely low. However,  when you are relaxed, calm and focused your Chi levels are more likely to increase giving you a greater sense of health and vitality.

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art renowned for its health benefits, which aims to increase your energy levels by relaxing the body and aligning your Chi with nature's energy.

Tai Chi can be practised by young and old alike and you don't have to be fit to start off with. You can learn at your own pace within your own capabilities.

We have created a relaxed friendly class where students can learn how to develop their energy whilst improving their health, posture,balance,co-ordination and flexibility.

Class Fees:
New Beginners Class: 6.50-7.50pm - £7 per lesson (£6 Concessionary rate for Age UK Members)
1 Instructor- Follow along Class
Established Class: 8-9pm - £9.00 per lesson or £32 for a four week block.
2 Instructors- More Individualised Tuition                         

Both Chris Mowen and Clive Ellis are registered advanced instructors with the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain. We are also members of the Independent Martial Arts Sports Association and we are both fully insured.
